  • The Level of caffeine in black tea is much less than that in coffee, which is why anyone who do a workout in a gym they prefer black coffee instead of black tea.

                              











What Ayurveda says about both?


Ayurved says both are not originated in India, as we know tea is introduced by British in India and coffee came to India before the east India of the company through a Sufi saint Baba Budan in 1670.

Both Tea & Coffee are medicinal and should not be consumed daily. Ayurveda texts suggest a better substitute in the form of Arjun tea, which has numerous benefits without any side- effects to keep your body, mind, soul, and healthy lifestyle.


Conclusion


Both tea and coffee are good but take in a limit on a daily basis like 2 cups of tea and 2 cups of coffee only.

If they have benefited so they also have side effects if you drink 4 to 5 and many more.
