The best source of protein natural vs plant-based?




Protein is an important thing that your body required if you are in the field of fitness and a healthy lifestyle so you required a protein in a good amount or if you are not doing any physical activity or exercise,  you required a source of protein to full fill your body requires.

It is not compulsory to take protein powder, anyone can complete their protein requirement through the natural source or organic protein its totally depend person to person. for example:-  in a car we put fuel, engine oil, services all the other parts same goes with the body it required carbs, protein, fat, vitamin to remain fit and healthy.

1) Natural protein 


It's not mandatory to take protein powder those who do not want to take protein can take natural protein, but they have to eat a very good amount of food to full fill their body requirement. anyone can eat chicken on a daily basis or they can eat fish 1 to 2 kg on a weekly basis.

But what about those people who are completely vegetarian and they can not eat chicken, fish and they also do not want to take protein powder. your body required a 2grm of protein on 1 kg of weight suppose, your weight is 70kg so you required a protein 130 to 140 grams of protein on a daily basis.

It is not difficult to built body with a vegan diet in India 60% of people are veg and we can see most of the fitness model or actors they are complete veg and they have a very good physique, let us discuss some food they can help you to full fill your body requirement and can they help you to achieve fitness and a healthy lifestyle.


1) Pulses


All type of pulses like kidney beans, chickpeas, and other pulses if you take 1 cup of any type of pulses so you will get 15grams of protein and you will get carbs  45 to 50 grams and you will get good fiber in this food which helps you in the digestion and its health-friendly and its help you to control your cholesterol.

2)  Soya family


In the soya family, we have a soya chunk, soya sauce, soybeans, paneer, tofu, soya milk. If we talk about soya so you will not get lean protein.

a) If we talk about soya chunk if you take 1 cup of soya chunk like 50 grams of soya chunk so you will get 25 grams of protein and you will get the carbs around 45 to 50 grams.

b) In soya milk, you will get 7 to 10 grams of protein.

c) If you take 100 grams of paneer or tofu so you will get 15 grams of protein and yes you will get some fat also.

Male can take  25grams of soya protein on a daily basis without any hesitation there will be no problem to increase estrogen or man boobs.

3) Dairy Products


In dairy products, you can take milk, curd, cottage cheese, paneer.

a) If you drink 1 glass of milk so you will get 7 - 9 grams of protein and you will get 10 - 12 grams of carbs, if we talk about milk so, take the slim milk or nonfat milk only.

b) If you take cottage cheese or you can make greek yogurt so you will get a good amount of protein.

If you take the 2 servings of dairy product, 1 serving of soya and 2 serving of pulses on a daily basis so your protein intake will be 100 grams and you can add rice, roti, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, broccoli. they all are your secondary foods to full fill the protein with the help of this your protein intake will be 120 to 130 grams of protein on a daily basis.

If you are an athlete or you have serious goals towards your fitness so you can add 1 seeing of whey protein and your protein intake will be 150 to 170 grams of protein.

so, these my favorites foods in vegetarianism which they can help you to achieve your fitness and healthy lifestyle.

Plant-based protein





As people know whey protein makes from milk, beef protein makes from animal and plant-based protein makes from plant-based food and its totally vegetarian protein. 

In-plant food there is no complete amino acid you need 9 essential amino acids you required after that it will be a complete protein. In plant-based protein, you will get all the amino acids.

Those people who are vegetarian or those have a problem of lactose in a dirt product can add this supplement, Plant-based protein, and what protein cost is similar.

In why protein isolate digestion rate is fast very quickly to absorb as compared to plant-based protein.
