Eat Healthy in School and College time
The biggest question is always arise how we can eat healthily when you are in college or school, and how you can maintain your good lifestyle, people eat junk food from the canteen and they drink cola or other soda drink. I would suggest you don't eat junk food from your college and school canteen or don't take any soda drink.
If your friend he/she eating a canteen food because maybe they don't have a goal towards fitness if you have tried to avoid all of the junk food, and also motivate your friend don't eat this type of food helps them to motivate toward a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Whenever you go into college or school in the morning so, they can have these following meals:-

Meal 1 Breakfast
Breakfast meal is one the most important meal at that time your body in catabolic during the time of morning your body required protein if you have serious goals toward bodybuilding. Never skip your breakfast meal and try to eat a good amount of protein, carbs with low fat in the morning meal.
Brown bread with the omelette, Oats, Poha, whole oatmeal, etc. they can have a good and heavy breakfast.
Meal 2 Snack time
You can take 2 banana along with 400g of salted peanuts or chickpeas. these are one of the meals when after breakfast in college anyone can take after 1 lecture they can have these meals.
Meal 3 Lunchtime
At lunchtime, you can have a paneer sandwich or egg sandwich so you will get 300 to 400 calories. Always remember never to skip your lunch its one of the most important times to have a good meal, but try to avoid junk food from your canteen.
Meal4 Evening snack
Evening snacks you can drink low-fat milk along with multigrain biscuit or sugarless biscuit.
after that 4 meal ts time of your workout so, you need to take all the nutrients to get your body in the shape.
Meal5 Post Workout Meal
After workout its time to take protein and healthy diets like your whey protein and 4 boiled eggs.
Meal6 Dinner Meal
It's your dinner time so you can 1 roti with 1 bowl of dal or pulses along with the salad.try to eat less because its time sleep so try to eat less but try to eat well.
Meal7 Before Bed Meal
Now, its time for your final meal of the day before 30 minutes of bed you can have 1 glass of Milk, Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Casein Protein, etc.
This your meals all day, and they will help you to become fit and get your body in the shape, and this all the things which are easily available in the market. I would recommend you don't eat junk food because it's very harmful to your body.
Those people who have a good goal in a fit line or they wanted to look good, so they can follow the above meals. Always listen to your body. don't give junky and unhealthy food into your body.
Always remember your body required healthy food along with a good life never miss your exercise and never forget to take a night of proper sleep.
