Remember if you the worst food in your kitchen so you need to clean your kitchen right now if you wanted to achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle so, you need to tell your parents about these foods.

These foods are not meant for your system it does not matter you go gym or not. In  India, we say kitchen is our temple so you need to clean your kitchen from the worst foods. you need good food which is good for you, your parent's health and your children's health.

1) Refine Oil or any (Cheap Oil)



We have oil in our home which is good but make sure you don't take refine oil like vegetable oil, hydrolyzing oil, soya bean oil, etc . so make sure don't take this oil. these all the oil is toxic for your body, these all chemicals oil is not good for your health.

These all are cheap oils and its matter are you cooking your oil on low, medium, or high flame. let's suppose if you are cooking your food on a high flame so because of heat your oil will convert into Trans Fat.

These are the worst oil to use in future people can suffer from heart disease and we know India is the leading country in heart disease.

In India, every class of family has this oil in the kitchen, Low-class family they only purchase refine oil because it is cheap like labor, etc.

Middle-class family, they also use this oil, and if we talk about high-class families so some quantity of refine oil will also available in their family.

So, questions how many times your coke in the house it's almost 3-time people cook in their house Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

people are consuming the oil 3 times which is fixed and if you are eating snacks so this is an additional thing which you are consuming.

Instead of refine oil eat desi ghee, olive oil, coconut oil all are healthy if you wanted to replace it
from this oil.


2) White Flour  (Maida)






If you have atta in your home but you have a maida flour so, there is no difference between home food or restaurant food. It's good sometimes you eat restaurant food but not on a daily basis.

Like if you have maida flour, noodle, bread, etc. if you are taking a atta from the market so they mix up half wheat and half maida.

I would recommend you to use full whole wheat flour aata in your home which is good for your healthy lifestyle.


if you are using white flour its helps you to gain weight, cholesterol problem, etc, it is okay if you are attending some function, the party so they use these white flour, which is cheap and you are eating which is okay there is no issue.

But don't take this white flour into your house don't eat white flour, instead of white flour you can eat flour because you will mess with your external and internal fit and healthy lifestyle.


3)  Soft Drinks (Cola &Energy drinks)




This is also a thing which we find in all the house, in your house children, teenager and they are drinking a cola, so you are doing a very bad investment.

In this soft drink, it includes phosphoric acid, carbonic acid basically they all are carbonated drinks.
sugar is high in these drinks.

If you drink 300ml of cola or any other drink so it means you are drinking a 3 large tablespoon of sugar. 

So, because of the high consumption of sugar, you will face weight gain, fatty liver. as I discussed earlier in these drinks sugar os high so your liver will convert into the fatty liver, belly fat.

so you can suffer diabetes, and as you know the soft drink is not good for your teeth not good for your bones.

Because of carbonic acid, your teeth will weaken and your bones will also weak including Lapine this is a hormone in our body that creates starving for food so, it's also mess up these harmons.

you are meeting up with your fitness and healthy lifestyle, restaurants and the stalls of either food they take because they wanted to earn money and its cheap so it's okay with them. it is okay to eat and drink once or twice a month but not regularly.
