What to eat when you have a cold / cough / sore throat/fever?


Today I will talk about a sore throat, fever, running nose, and what you need to eat and what you have to avoid during this time.

These all are a seasonal problem like we have seasons spring, summer, fall, winter. Whenever this season comes and go and we have to be careful at that time most people get sick at this time.

At this time is most important what to eat and how to maintain fitness and a healthy lifestyle. People get to suffer from this viral at least 2 o 5 days and their effect on health and you feel lazy, no energy in your body.


a) If you go to the gym and you eat the right things it does not matter anyone can effect from this seasonal flue.

b) If your immune system is not good so your body will take time to recover at least 8 to 10 days.

c) If someone has a good immune system so they will be back on track in 2 to 3 days.

Anyone get sick no matter what you eat, you do exercise if you have a seasonal flue so you don't need to take medicine your body just needs a rest.

Precautions 


a)  The first thing people need to take rest. if you go to the gym so at least take an off of 2 days and during the time change your diet.

b) Avoid sugary food don't give sugar to your body because at that time sugar will weaken your immune system. Because during that time bacteria in your body which is slow your immune system.

c) Don't eat fatty foods or oily foods during this time only eat homemade food.

Healthy foods to eat 


a) Drink chicken soup during this time and your body will get vitamins and minerals and hydrated.

During the time of the flu, it's important to drink lots of water so, it helps you to recover your body fast and along with any liquid meal forex:- Brown rice khichdi uses limited oil.

b) Drink black channe ka soup its helps your body to get hydrated and you will also get vitamins and minerals.

c) Add ginger and garlic its help to reduce your bacteria growth and it is an anti-bacterial and also protects from flue or virus.

d) Hot tea but control the sugar,  people can use ginger in there which will be very helpful for the body. And try to use decaffeinated tea because caffeine will dehydrate your body.

e) Honey use 1 to 2 tablespoon can add lime and it helps you to relieve in a sore throat and it's also an anti-bacterial.

f) Pomegranate tries to eat fresh pomegranate and add apple without adding any salt and can drink pomegranate juice which helps you to increase hemoglobin and its also an anti-bacterial. 

g) Coconut water helps you to recover the boy.

This all above points the simple way to recover your body, it does not matter how much chicken or eggs you eat your diet is good, so you need to take hold for some days.

Don't try to force your body to do workout during this time.

Don't try to force your body to eat whey protein, pre-workout, or any other supplement.

If your in-home so it's highly possible other people will affect fast from flue so, it's important to wash your hand frequently.

people will not use their size or cutting during this time because it's just 7 days like a vacation, the effect on the body at that time when you take months break.

It's just mentally you feel weak but actually, you are not weak after the flue you will get good results in terms of strength in your body, and you will achieve a healthy lifestyle.

People can add caffeine, only black coffee before the 15 minutes of exercise so it helps you to increase the stamina of your body during the physical activity and these all the above things help you to achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle.
