How to improve mental health



 
Nowadays it's very normal regarding the mental health problem whether its anxiety, depression, stress, and its no shame to accept it. 

Most of the people in depression because they are jobless or they don't have any work and other factors, stress can be the cause due to lots of work pressure. Anxiety happens before we start to do anything new or job interview in MNC etc.


1) Depressive music




This is a choice to listen to any music, but I would suggest you don't listen to depressive music, more you listen to this type of music so more you in depression or in deep thinking, you will memorize the past or if you had a break up so don't listen. so all time you are in the past moments.

Most people listen to this type of music and they cry basically its helps them to come over from the depression.

You feel negative energy surround you during the time of depression or you listen to this  type of music. so, you don't need this negative energy in your life.

To come over from the depression best thing is to hang out with your friends, share your feelings or thoughts with your best friend talk to them and you feel better or listen to good music. Try to do an exercise it helps you to overcome this. Take a holiday trip with your friends and family.


2)  Take a break from social media



This is the most important factor take a break form you mobile or from social media platform. When people are facing a mental health issue most of the time, they spent a time on social media.

They are trying to keep themself busy, they thought it will help them but it's quite totally opposite most you spent time on social media it means your are alone or lonely. If you are surfing a any social media platform you are alone so, there are can be multiple thoughts in your head.

Some of the picture you saw it remind you past or you will see other profile those are happy and you feel sad or you react like a depressive person. most important lonely person only surf most social media platform and the lonely person only post their themselves more and more like trying to be act like a cool person.

On social media platforms, there are most of the people you don't know they all are a random person and you can not share your feelings with them but you will try to look cool from outside but from inside you are broken.

So, take from this platform until you will not feel good or try to spend less time on this platform like try to spend only 30 minutes in a day and it will help you, try to spend a time with a good thing, like doing yoga, exercise or do something productive which help you in the future.



3)  Do something which you like?




Do something that you like to do like most of the people they love to read books, some of them interested in the entertainment field, any other thing. 

Try to learn new skills, try to keep yourself busy in this thing instead of other things which we have discussed above. try to upgrade yourself read some personality development books or other books which you like. 

Wite your journal on a daily basis and you feel better, try to think how can I do better in this thing, it will help you in mental health.


4) Do for others




Try to help others like when you are into depression, the anxiety you focused only about yourself, try to shift your focus to others help them also to overcome this situation you feel very happy when you do this thing.

Invite people for dinner or try to cook something for your friend, try to admire other people. try to spend a quality time with them.


5) Exercise 


 

Yes, last but not least follow these above 4 points and try to do exercise like do yoga, gym exercise, etc. keep yourself busy improve your fitness and healthy lifestyle.

Your mind will relax, your body feels good, you will feel something different, you will feel a positive energy. 

You will feel to see improve mental health, you will feel confident and with the help of this your anxiety, stress, depression all the other things will reduce.



Conclusion

This is my point of view to improve mental health, try all this thing you will feel great in your lifestyle. Don't be a lonely or depressive person, no one recognizes this type of person.

Try to engage with new people and always try to do something new in your lifestyle.
