How to stop a heart attack ?




Today we discussed the heart attack as we know India is on top position in a heart attack. most people died in India because of a heart attack.

So, how we can control, survive from the heart attack, and how we can reduce the number of heart attacks. Today we try to discuss if people implement this thing so it helps, they control the heart attack problem and they can live a fit and healthy lifestyle.

If we go in the past abut heart attack situation in India, if we talk about the late 90 so most of the people died from a heart attack and the number is around  15 lakh.

If we talk about till 2016 so the number is 28 lakh and its rapidly increasing, which is very horrific for our health and body and also for the country.

As we know India is the youngest population country so we need to remove this problem.

Heart attack main problem:-



  • Bad eating healthy habit
  • Alcohol
  • Smoking habit
  • Take more white sugar and salt.

Let's suppose people eat the right thing or healthy food but still they are facing the problem. the main thing is people ignore the health checkup which is very very important for a healthy lifestyle.

If anyone age is 30 or they are hitting an age 30  so, it's mandatory to take the health check-up on this age. They can go to the local labs, they can do a check-up of your heart.

 Take prior precautions from the heart attack blockage, if your do a yearly checking of your heart if you see in the report your heart cholesterol is high so you can control.  if you are not taking control so it's not good for your fitness and healthy lifestyle.

Your body is the same as a car your car warning you in a screen tyre pressure is low or this problem in your car, same is your body if you do a health check-up so your test report tells you about your body.

Most of the young generation in India they eat junk food, alcohol, smoking etc.so which is very bad also for the future generation. And we need to control, these number.

Prevent from heart attack:-


  • Avoid white sugar & salt
  • Avoid smoke and alcohol
  • Use olive oil, coconut oil for cooking
  • Exercise at least 1 hour daily.

Heart attack os the main concern for our country so, we need to care about our body.

Conclusion

If people try to avoid this thing and eat healthy food and don't forget your health check-up and try to eat healthy food for your body. because your body is like a temple so, try to clean your body from the unhealthy germs or cells and try to to be good external or internal.
