Benefits and Side effects of caffeine ?

How much is safe?



 The biggest question is it caffeine safe for health?


Nowadays most of the people take caffeine in the replacement of pre-workout, mostly in pre-workout supplement there is caffeine present. Even in other drinks like energy booster drinks, sports drinks, soda in all the drinks caffeine is present and basically, we don't need this because of its harm for your body.

What is caffeine?


Caffeine its a legal drug even in the medication line caffeine used in prescribed medicine. if you are taking medicine of cold or headache caffeine present in both the medicine. 

Caffeine present in coffee, tea even also in food. Doctors do not suggest taking caffeine because of its harm for your sleep but if anyone takes in a limit so there is no side- effects of caffeine or black coffee.

Benefits of caffeine?


1) Caffeine helps you to a weight loss.
2) Caffeine helps you to boost long term memory.
3) Caffeine helps you to reduce the risk of mouth cancer, throat cancer, and liver cancer.

Caffeine activates your body it is alert your brain its help to maintain a concentration/focus in your body during the workout. Even in the fat burner supplement caffeine present but in a limited quantity.
Those people are suffering from a low blood pressure problem so, caffeine can help raise the blood pressure or its help to normalize your blood pressure.it can also help you to achieve your fitness and healthy lifestyle.

Sideeffects of caffenie? 



1) Nervousness
2) Sleeping trouble
3) Upset stomach
4)  Stress

When people face the problem or side effects of caffeine when anyone takes an overdose of caffeine, a Limited dose of caffeine is ideally 300mg in a day or you can say 2 cups coffee in a day so it is safe. But if you take energy drinks, soda, sports drinks, and also pre-workout so your caffeine take will increase up to 7 to 8 in a day which is harmful to your body.

If anyone takes the overdose of caffeine so they can face the side- effects that I have mentioned above. And your brain will become restless. if you wanted to drink a coffee in your whole life without facing any side-effects so, you can have 1 or 2 cups of coffee in a day.

If your drink over 2 coffee so your weight will increase as compared to weight loss and you will eat more. In a pre-workout drink mainly found 100 - 150 mg of caffeine there is no pre-workout which includes 300mg of caffeine because it's not legal.

Caffeine also makes dehydrate your body which is not a good thing for your body or a healthy lifestyle, your body needs to hydrate all the times.

Most of the people caffeine can not be suitable for example:- those people who do smoking the can stimulate more caffeine as compared to kids or pregnant women, I would suggest pregnant women take caffeine up to 100 to 150 mg of caffeine or 1 cup of a coffee in a day. 

If you take caffeine in 15 minutes it directly goes to your brain and creat alertness in your body, activates your body, its help to maintain a focus, most importantly after drink, the caffeine is present in your body for the 6 hours. If you drink the coffee at 7 or 8  pm so you will get the sleep at around 12 pm.so, it's not a good thing you need to drink around 4 or 5 pm so you will get better sleep.

Conclusion



Caffeine is not bad for health if you take in a limited dose of 300 mg in a day or 2 cups of coffee even in your pre-workout if there is caffeine is a presence so you can drink up to 10 to 150 mg. But if you are the person caffeine not suits you so, it is better to avoid caffeine. I would also suggest avoid take sports drinks, energy drinks it can harm your body.

    1. If you take more than 300mg so, it can be issue of acidity but if you feel caffeine not suitable for your body so, stop taking caffeine.
