What is fish oil or Omega 3 ???




Fish oil comes from fatty or oily fish and they contain fatty acids along with vitamin A and D, Fish and Omega 3 they are both the same and they are the most popular supplement in the field of fitness and healthy lifestyle


Benefits of Omega3


Fish oil capsules promote health benefits to improve  heart health, blood pressure control, pain in joints.

Any age group of people can take an omega 3 capsule they can take along with the breakfast or lunch only 1 capsule on a daily basis and it will show you result in at least 3 to 4 weeks.


Fish oil capsule includes 2 elements:-

There is no side effect of omega3  but if you feel your stomach is upset maybe it can happen but otherwise omega3 is the safest supplement, on the other hand, those people who eat fish on a weekly basis like in a week they eat 1 to 2 kg fish so, they don't need to take an omega 3 capsules because they are taking a sufficient EPA and DHA.

Omega 3 is the safest supplement and I would suggest anyone can take these capsules if someone doing the workout or not, but they can take omega3 and its best fatty acid which your body required or brain required.

If anyone doesn't want to take from a supplement, so they can eat fish or chia and flax seeds as I discussed above.
